Are your products authentic?

Yes, we are an Authorized Dealer for all of the brands we carry. You can check brand websites directly for confirmation.

When will my package ship?

We do our best to get orders packed and shipped ASAP. An automatic notification email is sent when we create the shipping label, but this does not mean your package has left our store. Orders placed after 2pm ET Mon-Thurs will be processed the next day. Orders placed after 2pm ET Fri and orders placed on weekend days will be processed the following Monday.
